Business Development Manager must have experience in play school franchise Development .

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement franchise growth strategies, working closely with the senior management team to achieve business goals and objectives.

Identify and evaluate potential franchisees, conduct market research, and negotiate franchise agreements to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive franchisee sales and brand awareness.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously improve the franchise program.

Proven track record of successfully growing and managing a franchise network.

Skills and Specification -

Should have knowledge of Preschool Franchise.
Should be confident with Positive attitude
Team Work Quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Preschool franchise.

Location: Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh, India)
