Only Design Engineering profiles are accepted; Onsite/Field profiles are not considered.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards. 2. Perform detailed structural analysis and design using advanced software tools such as STAAD, MAT 3D, and Tekla. 3. Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications prepared by junior engineers or draftsmen. 4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to integrate civil and structural designs into overall project plans. 5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and adherence to design requirements. 6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer. 7. Prepare project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and engineering documentation in collaboration with project managers. 8. Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and technical discussions to communicate project status, address engineering challenges, and propose solutions. 9. Ensure effective project coordination, communication, and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Additional Skills: 1. In-depth knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., ASCE, ACI, AISC, IS). 2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve engineering issues effectively. 3. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines within budgetary constraints. 4. Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and contract administration related to civil and structural engineering projects. 5. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering highquality engineering solutions. 6. Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards and regulations is a plus
