- Below is the JD for Investment Mid-Office roleKey Accountabilities1
- Compliance with Regulatory and internal investment requirements
- Checking of compliance limits at the start of the day, during the day and at end of day Monitoring of trades and dealing practices2
- Reports/Presentations Financial reportings (ULIP Disclosures)Regulatory Reporting s (IRDA, RBI, SEBI)Group and Management reporting
- Presentations for Board, Board Committees and Senior ManagementWebsite disclosures ( Assets held, fund performance, historical performance chartsComputing various portfolio returns
- Reporting on movement of pricesTracking the movement of securities between Approved and Other Investments3
- Coordinating with Statutory, Internal and Concurrent auditors - On account of the function being highly important and sensitive, audit takes place on a day-to-day basis
