Job Description: Junior Project Coordinator
Location: Field & Office-Based (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CRM and Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination.
• Follow up with supervisors, subcontractors, and erectors for project updates.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and data entry tasks.
• Track material deliveries, work progress, and site requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate between different teams to keep projects on track.
• Identify delays or issues and escalate them to senior management.
• Support CRM in client follow-ups and coordination for smooth execution.
• Handle other miscellaneous tasks related to project management.

Skills Required:

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Organized with attention to detail for documentation and data management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to solve minor issues independently.
• Willingness to travel for site coordination if required.
