• Ensure that appropriate measures are in place to determine team productivity and help continuous improvement initiatives for success within the team
• Effective time management skills to manage various responsibilities, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Specialization/Certifications:

• SAM/HAM certification is desired.
• Strong experience in interpreting software license terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with various licensing models and vendor agreements.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with software asset management and discovery tools and strategies.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to work with cross functional teams and experience in managing SAM related projects.
