Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Role & responsibilities

• Actively reach out to potential candidates through calls to inform them about job opportunities and assess their interest and qualifications
  
• Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure they complete the application process, attend interviews, and remain engaged throughout the recruitment pipeline
  
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for sourcing and screening candidates as assigned by the organization.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements
  
• Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate interactions, feedback, and status in the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS).
