We are seeking a talented and motivated RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in .NET and Selenium, and a passion for automating business processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust RPA solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using .NET and Selenium
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes
• Monitor and optimize the performance of automation bots
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in software development, preferably in .NET
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in Selenium for web automation
• Experience with desktop automation tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RPA tools
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
