Job Title : IT Manager (PMS, POS and MMS)

Location : Mumbai

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager with expertise in PHP, JavaScript, Database management, Open Source Technology, Linux, and Apache Server handling.

The ideal candidate will oversee the technology infrastructure, manage IT staff, and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.

- Manage and direct IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

- Ensure information security and data protection measures are implemented and maintained.

- Collaborate with other departments to assess and prioritize technology needs.

- Manage budgets and expenses related to IT operations and projects.

- Recommend and implement new hardware and software solutions.

- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues.

- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to make informed decisions.

- Provide technical support and guidance to employees and clients as needed.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Database management, Open Source Technology, Linux, and Apache Server handling.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data management.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e., Agile, Scrum).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
