Job Purpose

We are seeking a GTM Engineer to optimize and maintain our revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, this role will play a key part in driving automation, integrations, and reporting within our CRM (HubSpot) and connected platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Oversee CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information through regular audits, deduplication, and maintenance.
• Workflow Automation: Design and implement scalable automation to enhance operational efficiency across marketing, sales, and customer success workflows.
• System Optimization: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot CRM processes, field mapping, and integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Technical Support: Act as the go-to resource for system-related requests, helping cross-functional teams maximize the effectiveness of our tech stack.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision-making across GTM teams.
• SQL & Data Queries: Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data for reporting and troubleshooting purposes.
• Integration Management: Maintain and optimize third-party integrations, ensuring proper syncing between tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a CRM administration or GTM operations role, with expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of data integrity best practices, database management, and troubleshooting CRM-related issues.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, field mapping, and system integrations.
• Basic to intermediate experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, audience segmentation, and lead scoring principles.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Bonus: Experience with additional GTM tools (e.g., Segment, Looker, Zapier, Snowflake) is a plus.
