E Commerce Specialist

Job Description

IBA Crafts is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving revenue growth through digital platforms. This role requires a combination of marketing, product management, and customer service expertise to scale our online business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-

Website & Product Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the companys e-commerce platforms, ensuring product information, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications, to improve conversion rates.

Sales Strategy & Performance Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, enhance user experience, and boost sales conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales metrics, and campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve site efficiency.
• Optimize product visibility and ranking through SEO, keyword research, and best practices in marketplace algorithms.

Inventory & Order Management

• Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain product availability, manage stock levels, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking issues.

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid ads (PPC).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with company goals and seasonal trends.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) to optimize the overall success of online initiatives.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries, reviews, and order-related issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:-

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and e-commerce performance tools.
• Experience managing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketplace promotions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling on Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplace platforms.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
