Job Purpose :
The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfill business and functional requirements. Responsible for the conversion of business requirements to technical specifications and delivery.
Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the team and delivering unique service by providing high quality support.
Key Result Areas :
- Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Ability to comprehend intricate business requirements and provide optimal solutions aligned with best practices within these systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SABA Learning and Oracle Taleo, both in support and technical components such as reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in integrating cloud applications, specifically adept at connecting SABA Learning with Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Skilled in efficiently debugging issues based on information provided by business users.
- Always available to the team and business clients, offering alternative approaches to problem-solving that ensure product functionality without affecting the baseline operation of the system.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and effectively translating them into precise technical specifications.
- Ability to estimate efforts accurately and plan deliveries for successful project execution.
- Proficient in designing, developing, and monitoring applications while adhering to functional specifications.
- Meticulously prepares configuration workbooks and ensures comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain compliance with quality guidelines.
- Experience in handling technical components such as RDF/XML reports in Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Independently monitors the development of modules according to set plans and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Active involvement in conducting unit tests as per plans and offering substantial support during acceptance testing, implementation, and training phases.
- Proficient in performing root cause analysis to identify and address system disruptions promptly.
- Skilled in coordinating with vendors for issue resolution and ensuring effective closure.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- Minimum 10 years of comprehensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle products.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS Technical and Oracle Fusion HCM Technical components, including HCM Extracts, BIP/OTBI Reports, Alerts, and Workflow customizations.
- Capable of reviewing, comprehending, and enhancing program code and system documentation.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication, adept at preparing Technical Design documents.
- Actively involved in functional requirement discussions with business users, providing insights into product limitations and suggesting optimal workarounds.
- Experience in monitoring and supporting cloud integrations, specifically between SABA Learning application and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
