Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site Release Manager CCAI role located in Bengaluru.

- The Release Manager will be responsible for analytical skills, release management, program management, configuration management, and software development in the daily activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Release Planning & Coordination :

- Lead and coordinate all release activities, including planning, scheduling, execution, and post-release verification.

- Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, and roadmaps.

- Collaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient releases.

- Manage release dependencies and mitigate risks proactively.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels regarding- release- progress, issues, and status updates.

CI/CD & DevOps Management :

- Champion and drive continuous improvement within our CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Automate release processes wherever possible to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Implement and maintain robust- release- management tools and processes.

- Monitor and analyze release performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our DevOps culture.

GCP & Dialogflow Expertise :

- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services effectively to support- release- activities.

- Integrate Dialogflow into release processes where applicable, ensuring seamless deployment and management of conversational AI solutions.

Team Leadership :

- Mentor and guide junior release managers.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in- release- management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and- release- automation tools.

- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

- Experience with Dialogflow or other conversational AI platforms is a plus.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple- tasks effectively and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
