Franchise Manager

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development : -

• Lead the pilot phase of franchise operations and implement scalable models across India.
• Identify high-potential markets and establish franchises in key locations.

Strategic Planning and Execution : -

• Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise strategy to meet expansion goals.
• Define SOPs and ensure seamless integration of HelthTechs healthcare solutions at franchise locations.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : -

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent HelthTech in discussions with healthcare providers and local authorities.

Operational Oversight : -

• Oversee the operations of multiple franchise locations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective measures.

Team Leadership : -

• Recruit, train, and mentor franchise managers to ensure consistent performance and adherence to HelthTechs values.

Qualifications : -

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and achieving growth targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and drive results under pressure.
