Lab Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to perform diagnostic tests, analyze samples, and support medical investigations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in laboratory procedures, equipment handling, and quality control to ensure accurate test results.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, prepare, and analyze blood, urine, and tissue samples.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, analyzers, and centrifuges.

Perform biochemical, microbiological, and pathological tests as per protocols.

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of samples and test results.

Follow safety and infection control procedures in handling biological specimens.

Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Maintain compliance with medical regulations and laboratory standards.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.

0-5+ years of laboratory experience (freshers may apply).

Strong knowledge of lab procedures, sample handling, and equipment maintenance.

Proficiency in data recording and lab reporting.

Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
