Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze recruitment data and MIS reports.

Utilize advanced Excel and data analytics to support recruitment strategies.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Monitor team performance and report key metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
