HR Executive (Fresher)

CandidatesKey Responsibilities:

✅ FNF & Payroll Support (Major Focus Area)

• Assist in Full & Final (FNF) settlements, ensuring accurate calculations and smooth processing.
• Coordinate with finance and payroll teams for clearances, exit formalities, and final dues.
• Maintain proper documentation for FNF settlements and compliance.
• Help ensure timely processing of gratuity, provident fund (PF), and other statutory benefits.

✅ Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process, including documentation and induction programs.
• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and department heads for interview scheduling.

✅ Employee Engagement & Relations

• Organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Address basic employee queries and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies.

✅ HR Support Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records as needed.
