Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

Converting all the PR from the stores into Purchase orders in Orion.
Preparing of Purchase orders for the vendors.
Arranging and coordinating for quotations & samples from Companies for approvals.
Vendor Management- Assessment of vendors regarding service delivery, quality of the product, emergency supplies, payment matter.
Confirming with vendors about receipt of Purchase orders.
Coordinating with vendors during emergency requirement or shortage of material.
Handling issues and queries of stores related to billing.
Modification of bills in the system due to submission of incorrect invoice or bills.
Regular follow up with vendors for pending material.
Maintaining all the data of vendors.
Preparing various departmental MIS as and when required by the HOD.
To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization.
Other responsibilities as per required by HOD

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2-3 yrs of exp. in hospital industry of managing Medical Store/Pharmacy.
  o Graduate - Any Specialization.
  o Preferred Online purchase.
