Job Description:

Responsibilities-

• As a receptionist, welcome patients and manage patient registrations•
• Coordinating with doctors for their appointment.•
• Update software with patient visits, treatments, and other relevant info•
• Replying emails & maintaining MIS•
• Call patients to confirm appointments and for similar tasks•
• Attend to all queries of patients on phone calls and in-person•
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.•
• Should be aware of the leaves of doctors & their backups.

Requirement: -•

• Candidate should have a pleasant & welcoming personality•
• Good verbal & written communication skills•
• Good computer knowledge, including basic Excel•
• Female preferred

Qualification- Graduate

Experience- 0 to 02 years

Timing- 08:30 am to 05:30 pm

Working Days- 06 Days (Sunday can be working, off on another day)

Location- Greater Noida
