Virohan - Senior Flutter Developer - Android & iOS Platform (5-7 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

- Architect robust solutions, defining the structure and components of applications.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

- Work with backend developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of APIs and services.

- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.

- Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application stability and performance.

- Participate actively in project management activities such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Stay updated with the latest Flutter advancements and incorporate best practices into development.

- Handle cross-platform app deployment processes for both iOS and Android.

- Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services efficiently.

- Communicate regularly with clients or stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Advanced proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming.

- Strong expertise in Core Java with advanced-level knowledge.

- Basic understanding of Python for scripting or integrations.

- Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Experience with state management tools (e., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or Redux).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for backend integration.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter app deployment.

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills for mobile applications.

- Understanding of platform-specific nuances (e., iOS and Android guidelines).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.

- Exposure to cloud services such as Firebase or AWS.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e., JIRA, Trello).
