Roles & Responsibility:
Plant Level IIoT Network Infra Development:
- Lead the team to develop and execute end-to-end IIoT architecture Plant level.
- Coordinate and drive a cross functional team to connect the critical equipment across the plant
- Centralized monitoring & reporting of IIoT connectivity status
- Coordination & bridging gap between IT and OT teams for IIoT convergence
VR/AR Development:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of VR/AR projects from concept to deployment. Ensure projects are
delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Ensure the highest quality standards in VR/AR Solutions
- Drive innovation by exploring new VR/AR applications and potential partnerships. Foster a culture of
creativity and continuous improvement
Machine/Vision/Deep Learning/Data Analytics:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for machine vision and AI/ML projects
- Manage a team of Machine Vision, Machine Data Analysist, mentor and guide them to create
meaningful and actionable data driven business insights.
- Managing data systems and ensuring information accuracy to support business operations and
requirements.
- Data analysis of high occurrence problems and help the user team to use data for driving high performance and quality
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, QC, and Maintenance to align AI/ML
initiatives with business goals.
Smart Factory Initiatives & Coordination:
- Smart factory related cutting-edge technology tools and equipment introduction and practice.
- Coordination of Factory wide External Assessments (IMEA, CII representation)
- Develop plant level digitalization activities for Industry 4.0 roadmap
Data Visualization:
- Review & approve the BI Dashboard application (Qlik sense)
- Plant level Dashboard Utilization & effectiveness Monitoring
- Continuous Insights & feedback Monitoring for results from user teams.
- Coordinate with user team to identify & evaluate business pain points to build dashboard solutions.
Team Development:
- Identify /Arrange required Training courses for the team Continuous Skill development.
- Smart factory related Technical Conclaves /Forums Team participation
- Develop and train the team members and related users on effective usage of IIOT/VR/AR/AI/ML for
productivity increase.
Supplier Partner Management:
- Identifying the potential technology partner in the New age technologies and evaluate their capabilities & expertise.
- Co-ordinate with Supplier to plan, organize, monitor & implement and complete the project activities as per management direction/expectation.
- Managing and controlling Supplier deliverable based on project scope & delivery timelines
Project Management:
- Collaborate and support all departments & Production shops towards planning and installation of
Digital transformation projects
Morale:
- Motivating team members and ensuring their work life balance
- Creating healthy & interactive culture
- Reporting & Management
- Periodical Reporting of the results, Schedule status to the Management
- Status Review and Reporting of Machine Data Analytics progress to Vertical Head (Maint &
