Reports To Manager - TRC Department Service Qualification B Tech / Diploma/ ITI Primary Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. Conduct inspections and tests on equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to identify needs for repairs, upgrades, and equipment replacements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory of parts and supplies Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as required. Provide technical support and training to other team members, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and best practices. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, tools, and techniques to continuously improve service processes. Skills Required Proven experience as a Service Technician Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Technical certification or degree in a related field is an advantage.
