Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative plans to attract top talent.
- Job Posting: Craft engaging job ads and manage postings across platforms.
- Sourcing: Find and engage top candidates through various channels and networks.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive hiring process with clear communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs.
- Negotiation: Handle salary and benefits discussions and extend competitive offers.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Data Management: Track metrics and maintain accurate records to refine hiring strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.
