Job Description
- Analyse and monitor enquiries received and timely submission of offers, Online/ Offline tenders.
- Initiate and process vendor registration with consultants and major customers.
- Maintain client contact data.
- Visits to customers for Techno commercial negotiations.
- Monitoring of project orders for post order documents submission/ resubmission and approval.
- Co ordination with vendors for getting offers and post order documents.
- Liasioning with other support functions to monitor timely deliveries to customers.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field required
- Min 10 years working in design/ manufacturing/ projects execution of industrial products viz. Pumps/ Machine tools / Compressors / Valves / industrial filters and EPC companies
- Fully Office based
- Required to travel all over India as and when required
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Drives result and takes initiatives to achieve goals.
- Knowledge of online/offline Tender/ GeM portals.
- Basic Knowledge of Engineering designs and documentations.
- Good relationship builder with ability to merge different groups of people, processes and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
