Excel Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Excel Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and responsible for handling data management, analysis, and reporting tasks. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage large datasets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and macros to analyze and process data.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and validate data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve spreadsheet errors and inconsistencies.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data processed.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel formulas, macros, and VBA (if required).
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Familiarity with formulas, functions, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to explain data insights and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of VBA programming is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other data tools such as Google Sheets or Power BI.
• Understanding of database management systems.
• Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports.
