Software experience in EPIC and eCW

Job Description

We are hiring for experienced Call Center Personnel (2-3 years) for a US healthcare-based call center.

Desired Profile:

1. Experience in the calling department in a Call Center, preferably in a healthcare setting or call center

2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.

3. Respond to inbound/outbound customer calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude at all times.

4. Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions for customer issues.

6. Patience, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

7. Drive to meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and average handling time.

8. Should be willing to work night shifts (Central Standard Time)

9. Work from home (Remote)

10. Sat/Sun fixed off

Annual CTC: As per experience
