Job Description
Operational Management:
- Oversee the operations of solar mini-grid sites ranging from 20 to 100 kWp.
- Supervise a team of 100 members, providing clear guidance, task allocation, and ongoing support.
- Develop daily and weekly operational plans to ensure smooth functioning of all sites.
- Schedule maintenance and conduct periodic checks to uphold high operational standards.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for solar inverters and battery systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Asset Health & Energy Management:
- Maintain and monitor asset health, implementing measures to prolong the life of equipment and reduce energy losses.
- Conduct energy calculations and optimize system performance for efficient energy utilization.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance, site efficiency, and asset health.
- Provide analytical insights into site operations and identify areas for improvement to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with management for P&L analysis and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Develop a strong, motivated team by fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Conduct regular team training on new technologies, safety protocols, and maintenance practices.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in operations, preferabl
