Job Description
Having experience in Deploying, Optimizing and troubleshooting RAN technologies. As an SME he should play a critical role in providing technical Expertise and Support to Field team from NOC to Field Team and Analyzing the KPI RAN improvement. He should work with cross functional teams to ensure for successful delivery of our network Projects.
- Primary technical support and troubleshooting of all RAN Related matters for LTE and other wireless technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to field engineers and NOC L1 team Members.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot RAN network issues.
- Directly involved to work with Tejas as L2
Key Role
Primary technical support and troubleshooting of all RAN Related matters for LTE,5G and other wireless technologies.
Conduct thorough network performance analysis, Identify area of improvement.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to field engineers and NOC L1 team Members.
Participate in cross- functional meetings and initiatives to ensure alignment between RAN and Other networks.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the network.
Diagnose and troubleshoot RAN network issues.
Manage and resolve network incidents promptly to minimize service disruption.
Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective actions.
Willingness to work in a 24x7
