Assistant Cluster Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies that drive actual sales revenue (realized cash flow).
• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with electronics and furniture retailers.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Travel: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customers as per the weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence for demand, supply, competition activity, economic indicators as per targets.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed sales records, prepare performance reports, and provide regular market feedback to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, logistics) to ensure smooth product delivery and customer service excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the electronics or furniture retail sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
