Collection Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to improve collection efficiency.
• Implement strategies to increase the chances of successful collections on old outstanding debt.
• Recruit, hire and train a inhouse collection team.
• Onboard, coordinate and evaluate third party collection agencies.
• Prepare and run reports and analyze data pertaining to collections and use insights to streamline collection processes.
• Manage complains and escalations pertaining to credit/EMI collections.
• Stay updated with Gov regulations and RBI directives regarding credit/EMI collections.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree, preferably in finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to diverse environments and work collaboratively in a team.
• Candidates with experience in credit collection of Banks/NBFCs like HDFC, Bajaj.
• Finance, TVS credit etc will be preferred.
