Associate Consultant - BE/B.Tech (Workday)

Job Overview:
As a Workday Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday solutions for our clients. This offers an exceptional opportunity to develop technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and functional knowledge of Workday applications.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy technical solutions.
Assist in coding, debugging, and improving software performance.
Participate in the design and development of technical documentation.
Contribute to research and implementation of emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges.
Work on tools and technologies related to project requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, 2024 Batch preferred
• Consistent academic record with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (For Maharashtra based candidates 55% or equivalent academic record is needed.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design.
• Fundamental object-oriented programming concepts
• Basic Knowledge of JavaScript , Web Service Technologies , SOAP, REST, WSDL , XML, XSLT
• Fundamental object-oriented programming concepts.
• DBMS/RDBMS , SQL, Database Concepts
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
