Job Description:

As an MIS Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's data management and analysis

functions. The primary focus will be on utilizing tools such as Excel and Google Sheets to gather, organize, and

analyze data to facilitate informed decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

data analysis, excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Compilation:

• Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data and generate insights.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.

Documentation:

• Document data analysis processes and maintain comprehensive records.

• Prepare and present findings to the team in a clear and concise manner.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection and analysis.

• Work collaboratively with team members to implement enhancements.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform regular checks to ensure data quality and integrity.

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.

Communication:

• Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements.

• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Training and Development:

• Stay updated on industry best practices related to data analysis.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Basic understanding of database concepts and data structures.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
