Job Context:
Commercial Finance lending business provides short term working capital finance to companies in SME business segment. The product portfolio encompasses lending solutions/ products to corporates in form of PID, SID, PO Finance, WCDL & WCTL. CF RM is responsible for sourcing, proposing, arranging approval, disbursal, limit set up, utilisation, Servicing and managing the portfolio including renewal, hygiene etc. The RM is expected to create market visibility around brand and product proposition. The main challenges faced by this profile include keeping abreast of the latest market scenario, prospecting clients and converting a potential lead into a client amidst stiff competition, thoroughly understanding the client requirement & providing client satisfaction for harnessing long term relationship.
Key Result Areas:
- To build commercial finance business by identifying potential clients through self sourcing, target market technique and referral networks.
- To prospect clients for Commercial finance business by building relationships with touch points, extracting vendor/customer database from them and converting business from them to achieve sales targets.
- To leverage upon the existing client base by cross selling products
- To provide inputs to superiors on competitor analysis & latest market developments
- Periodically monitoring of the portfolio with regard to position of the account in the region
