Senior Product Manager (6-12 yrs)

Purpose of role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sub-domain to translate the product vision, aligned to our OKRs across multiple squads. Our Senior Product Managers are strong leaders, focused on developing and coaching their teams whilst collaborating and influencing across our global stakeholders and teams. Insert Domain specific paragraph. Domain x is part of our Player Experience pillar, focused on xyz. As such experience running product squads for eCommerce businesses would be key.

Main:

- Primary lead for the sub-domain, accountable for the outcomes ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery

- Leads, develops and coaches a stellar team of product, engineering and design colleagues, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.

- Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness across the team, driving an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.

- Coaches and role-models the use of agile methodologies.

- Drives product metrics that demonstrate product impact for our customers and our business.

- Collaborates closely with Commercial leaders ensuring our OKRs and roadmaps are aligned to our key business goals

Managerial responsibilities:

- Develop and drive clear OKR's for the team, aligned to our business strategy.

- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, actively coaching the team to develop and grow

- Create a positive and productive work environment that motivates and inspires people to perform their best work.

Essential:

- A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market, across multiple squads. 5+ years' experience of developing consumer products.

- Team leadership - experience developing and coaching squads to achieve shared objectives

- Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies

- OKR definition & tracking - ability to establish OKRS aligned to organizational goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
