Key skills for the job
Hello,
Need a Head of Business Unit:
1. Scope and size the market
2. Develop a database of potential customers
3. Segment the customers into sub groups based on what their needs are
4. Develop marketing and sales plans for each of these sub segments
5. Build Sales channel partners
6. Build Sales organisation
7. Schedule conferences, seminars, webinars for target executives in customers
8. Interest targets in our offerings through pilots and test generations
Should preferably be:
1. IIM graduate
3. Experience in global sales, especially US sales must
4. Smart mind. Problem solving capabilities.
5. Must have worked in US; or have travelled extensively to US on business.
6. Education in US useful; not necessary.
7. Must relocate to or be based in Chennai.
