Associate General Manager - Internal Audit (6-10 yrs)

We're Hiring: Assistant General Manager - Audit

Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Experience: CA firm experience required; BFSI background is a plus

What We're Looking For:

- Expertise in Concurrent Audits of Banks (Mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance & Custody Operations

- Experience in RBI Compliance, Nodal Audits & Trade Regulations

- Proven leadership in managing teams (10+ members)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

- Ability to review bank reports, identify risks & suggest improvements

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & manage concurrent bank audits with a team of professionals

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines & banking regulations

- Identify risks, suggest improvements & present audit findings

- Handle client escalations & review meetings

- Train & mentor team members for continuous growth
