Responsibilities:

Customer Styling:

- Assist customers in selecting outfits that align with their personal style, body type, and needs

- Offer suggestions on trends, colors, patterns, and accessories to create a cohesive look

Product Knowledge:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory, including new arrivals and current promotions

- Be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and styling options for different pieces

Visual Merchandising:

- Ensure the store's presentation aligns with current trends and seasonal themes o Work with the team to create visually appealing displays that attract and inspire customers

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their style preferences for future recommendations

- Follow up with regulars on upcoming launches or promotions that may interest them

Sales Goals:

- Drive sales by creating a seamless shopping experience and encouraging addons or complete looks

- Meet personal and store sales targets by promoting items effectively
