• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in the insurance and

• Contribute to technology architecture discussions and solution design.

• Familiarity with supply chains a plus.

• Proven track record of successful product delivery with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in developing and scaling B2B consumer-facing technology
• applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
