Senior Developer - Machine Learning (3-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Proficiently able to write error-free codes in python.

- Able to build machine learning systems efficiently.

- Work closely with developers of different platforms and technologies for efficient delivery of AI/ML projects.

- Must be able to implement each step of the data science process.

- Must be able to work efficiently with SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Must have knowledge of Rest APIs and python web frameworks.

- Able to debug the codes efficiently.

- Follow Agile/Scrum based software development life cycle.

- Must be able to design, develop and deploy AI models based on LLM and RAG.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with python.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Machine Learning/Deep Learning.

- Strong knowledge of libraries like numpy,pandas,matplotlib, scikit-learn, spacy, nltk,transformers.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong understanding and knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning algorithms, language models.

- Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures and modeling.

- Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI models, focusing on LLM and RAG.

- Ability to effectively design software architecture.

- Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments.

- Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models.

- Must have worked on at least 1 deep learning framework like tensorflow, keras,pytorch.

- Having a good understanding of transformers architecture and various models.

- Strong understanding and good hands-on with multithreading and concurrency in python.

- Basic understanding of deploying deep learning models into production.

- Basic understanding of MLOps.

- Good understanding of deep learning models ability to handle multiple requests concurrently.

- Good hands-on with Open source Language Models.

- Must have worked with any of python based web frameworks like django, flask.

- Must have knowledge of advanced SQL and NOSQL databases like PostGreSQL,MySQL, SQLite,MariaDB,MongoDB.

- Must have knowledge and be able to develop solutions considering GDPR compliance.

- Good to have Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g.,AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of machine learning.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Should be aware about Software version control systems like Git, Bitbucket,etc.

- Problem solving and logical reasoning attitude.
