Ensure timely and accurate uploading of product details (descriptions, pricing, imagery) on e-commerce platforms.

New Product Development (NPD):

1. Market Analysis:

Conduct research on jewelry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.

Provide insights to the NPD team to influence new designs and collections.

2. Product Development Coordination:

Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams for new product launches.

Ensure NPD timelines are met and support pre-launch activities, including pricing and positioning.

3. Quality Assurance:

Review product samples for alignment with specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Customer Insights and Feedback:

1. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and reviews to suggest improvements.

2. Leverage customer insights to refine product offerings and online strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

1. Prepare sales and performance reports for the e-commerce team.

2. Share actionable insights based on sales and product performance data.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or NPD roles, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and digital tools.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
