Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

Lead the development of scalable and efficient web applications using modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code with an emphasis on performance and maintainability.

Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across various devices and platforms.

Architecture and Design:

Architect and design frontend solutions, working closely with backend teams to define APIs and data integration.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Implement best practices for frontend development, including component-based design and state management.

Code Reviews and Mentoring:

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and best practices are maintained.

Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering knowledge-sharing and helping to upskill the team.

Performance Optimization:

Focus on optimizing web applications for performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences.

Address performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues in complex frontend applications.
