Senior Full stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, ensuring excellent user experience, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from front-end to back-end.
• Lead the development of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across the full stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Architect and implement end-to-end solutions, including databases, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and other engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and deploy applications, ensuring robustness, security, and performance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure our solutions are innovative and competitive.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Ensure that software meets the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in technologies like React JS , Redux, MUI, Typescript , hooks
• Ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
