Job Description

Technical Skills : Backend Developer (Node.js)

Designation : Software Engineer - Technology Lead

Minimum experience required : 3-12 years.

- The person should have a passion for back-end development & strong knowledge in JavaScript (Node.js),

- Ability to work productively, collaborating with the team and other stakeholders.

- Has a knack for writing reusable code, and Unit Testing using JS Promise, DevOps, and Automation.

- MUST have 3-7+ years of experience, primarily as an engineer working in the back end with Node.js., express or a strong developer as full stack.

- Prior experience with development in microservices architecture cloud systems.

- Having experience in AWS cloud and should have used different AWS services / worked on serverless architecture.

- JEST/Mocha-chai or a similar framework for Unit Testing would be a plus.

- Ability to break down complex problems into a variety of simple and generic problems.

- Comfortable in client interaction.

Additional Skills :

- A strong work ethic and the ability to manage yourself and your time.

- Outstanding teamwork skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as active listening skills.

- Demonstrated analytical abilities.

- Experience managing and/or mentoring junior developers.

- Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.


- Ability to understand user stories


- Experience with JIRA and version control tools like GitHub

- Experience in leading a development team would be a huge plus.
