Job Title: Senior React Developer (Individual Contributor)

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience:7 to 12 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days WFO/1 day WFH)

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with 7-10 years of expertise in building complex, high-performance React applications. This individual contributor role focuses on technical excellence and deep specialization in React-based solutions.
• Responsibilities
• Design and develop sophisticated React-based web applications with a focus on performance, reusability, and maintainability
• Implement complex state management solutions using modern patterns (Redux, Context API, React Query)
• Contribute to reusable component libraries and design systems
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance on React best practices
• Optimize application performance and implement best practices for code quality
• Write comprehensive test suites using modern testing frameworks
• Research and evaluate emerging frontend technologies to improve our tech stack

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional experience developing production React applications
• Deep understanding of React’s core principles, hooks, context, and state management
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and modern ES6+ features
• Experience with at least one major state management library (Redux, MobX)
• Strong proficiency with responsive design and CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled Components, Emotion)
• Experience with React testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks
• Contributions to open source React projects
• Expertise in performance optimization techniques for React applications
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Deep specialization in specific areas of frontend development (state management, etc.)
• History of solving complex technical challenges in production environments
