Job Description:

Sales Data Analysis:

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to consolidate historical sales data analysis.

- Use commercial team insights to ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.

Demand Planning & Forecasting:

- Conduct monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.

- Ensure that all information is effectively communicated back to supply and production planners.

- Own the national-level forecast bias and accuracy, identifying and driving improvements where necessary.

Business Coordination:

- Oversee and manage demand planning for four divisions within the India Region Consumer Business (Retail).

- Analyze and understand demand patterns by area, state, and customer levels.

Data Management:

- Work closely with warehouse operations to manage demand planning and stock flow.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for effective planning.

- Ensure data-driven decision-making with advanced data management skills.
