Plant Human Resource Business Partner

--> This position is for Plant HR Manager of Zydus Ankleshwar Unit - 2 (API)

•        Responsible for over all HR Function for API Unit 2 - Ankleshwar
•        Ensure Statutory Compliances for overall both the API Sites under various Statutory Acts
•        Ensure Time Office & Payroll function for the site.
•        Responsible as Plant HRBP & ensure shop floor grievance resolution & welfare measures at site
•        Closely working with site operational authorities for complying regulatory norms related to HR domain
•        Ensure availability of Manpower on role & contractual work force as per business requirements.
•        Maintain Harmonized relationship for government authority & ensure site inspection under various acts
•        Ensure HR MIS & other data base for Unit.
•        Responsible for overall employee engagement initiatives & ensure maximum people participations at events.
•        Prepare site annual budget & maintain record month wise against overall approved budget. 
•        Ensure disciplinary actions under various misconduct & maintain discipline at workplace.
•        Fulfillment of compliances during regulatory audits. 
•        Ensure Apprentices compliances & its reimbursements under DBT model.
•        Ensure OHC Function at Unit.
•        Ensure smooth completion of Periodic Medical & other Health related initiatives.
•        Ensure Training functions especially behavioral programs for the site with the help of inhouse & external facilitators 
•        Coordinate for overall PMS functions for the site.
•        Any other HR assignments given by HOD as per business requirements.
