About the role:
This role sits at the heart of driving business growth by bringing to life the five distinctive areas of our People Strategy: Disruptive approach to talent, Inclusion and Diversity, Learning and development, Speed and Simplification and enhancing employee experience.
This role covers c.350 employees across 30 countries with the majority being based in India. It is a dynamic, energising role, which the ability to impact the business through the strategic partner functions in both a global and end-to-end manner through partnership with a range of Directors across Digital and technology.
Financial
The HRBP works with key stakeholders to consider how the best decisions are made that maximise value for their respective functions.
Accountable for co-owning the financial and headcount budget in own area with business leaders.
Market Environment/ Complexity
The HRBP partners with a number of senior stakeholder and leadership teams across multiple geographies. It is critical that the incumbent can navigate the matrix organisation, can build strong relationships and influence within all levels of the business.
The HRBP role also works effectively within the function partnering other HRBP/HRDS across markets, Global Centres of Excellence and FirstPoint / HR Service delivery teams.
Leadership Responsibilities/ Key Stakeholders:
This role reports into the senior HRBP for Digital and Technology and will be a part of the core HR leadership team in D&T. The HRBP s are expected to play an active role within the D&T team, engaging on the broader agenda and contributing to Global D&T priorities and outcomes.
The role will support a number of senior stakeholders in particular the Commercial D&T director, the D&T for global corporate functions and the director for the Project and Portfolio excellence.
