Finance & Planning Analyst (3-8 yrs)

Looking for Finance & Planning Analyst for Multinational Company based at Delhi/NCR.

Responsibilities:

- Apply advanced data analytics, predictive and prescriptive methodologies to process and analyze data, identifying trends and anomalies across the organization.

- Conduct detailed profit and loss (P&L) analysis for both equity and evaluating revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Perform thorough competition analysis to identify industry trends, benchmarks, and potential opportunities.

- Evaluate financial performance of key competitors and provide actionable insights to strengthen competitive positioning.

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve financial dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence reports to track commercial performance.

- Create financial models and conduct scenario analyses to monitor key financial metrics and assess potential outcomes.

- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance through data backed insights.

- Support global financial submissions and reporting requirements.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into strategic actionable insights.

- Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure data-driven decision-making is consistently implemented throughout the organization.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.

Key Skills:

Qualified CA or Master's degree from Tier 1 college having 4-7 years of experience in financial planning, data analytics, or business insights roles, only from QSR/FMCG/ Retail industry.
