Plant Finance & Supply Chain Role - Manufacturing Sector - CMA (3-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of manufacturing costs, supply chain performance, and inventory management to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability.

- Reporting: Develop and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to management, focusing on controllership and supply chain KPIs.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to create accurate annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Internal Controls: Assist in establishing and monitoring internal controls to ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies, particularly in a manufacturing context.

- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in supply chain and manufacturing processes, proposing actionable solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including operations, quality control, and procurement, to align financial and operational strategies.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards relevant to manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant, 5+ years of experience in finance or supply chain analysis within the manufacturing sector.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).

- Familiarity with local and international accounting standards and manufacturing regulations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
