Job Description:
This incumbent will be responsible for driving Project Sales & BD plan across the Region.
Product specification and aggressively reach out to customers:
1. Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific region.
2. Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Facade consultants, Contractors etc.).
3. Handling Key accounts in all major verticals in B2B i.e. Hospitality, Healthcare, Institutions (private & public), Corporates & Developers.
4. Excellent/Benchmark customer service in the industry.
5. Regular updating leads and follow ups on CRM and ensure timely report for all weekly/monthly reviews.
Desired Skill Set:
1) 8-12 years of experience in B2B Market (Corporate, Institution & Project sales) sensing & mapping from Building material industry only.
2) Graduate/ MBA (preferred)
3) Candidate should be handling corporate & project sales.
4) Very good communication & Networking Skills. Comfortable with traveling
