Job Description-

Develops specifications for moderately complex software programming applications and modifies/maintains existing software.

This role develops, modifies, and maintains applications which may be customized or standardized. This position participates in design and coding activities with other staff members and provides innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions to meet technical objectives and timing.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops moderately complex software in C# or other selected languages for products and/or applications consistently following coding standards and in accordance with applicable software development methodology and release processes.
• Utilizes software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes and debuggers in the full software development process.
• Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques.
• Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems.
• Works collaboratively and professionally with other associates in cross functional teams to achieve goals.
• Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion.
